MC colors (or “look-a-like”) are not permitted!

Opening hours for visitors:
Saturday 29th of March 2025:      11.00 – 22.00 (exhibitors from 08.00)
Sunday  30th of March 2025:       11.00 – 20.00 (exhibitors from 10.00)

Entrance-fee:
Saturday 29th of March or Sunday 30th of March is € 15.
Weekend pass (Saturday, Sunday) is € 25.
Children till 11 years old have free entrance.
– one child per adult and under their own supervision.

Entry-ticket/wristband must be put on immediately after payment.
This will be checked. (without wristband you will be sent away)

Safety / Security:
Every visitor can/may be checked at the entrance for your and our safety. 
Glass bottles are not allowed inside the convention hall. Weapons/knives and
alcohol will be confiscated.
Drugs are NOT permitted!

The convention hall is suitable for people in a wheelchair. Pictures can be taken
during the convention for private purposes, however: always ask permission to
the person being photographed. Good pictures are always welcome!
Please send them to us and maybe you’ll see your pictures featured on our website
and/or social media!

Tattoo Competition:
Every category must have at least 5 participants to proceed.
At the competition Best of Show, both best-of day’s (Saturday and Sunday) must be present.
The jury will look at the tattoos without knowing the name of the artist who made it.
For this reason, it is very important NOT to tell the name of the artist at the registration.
The tattoo will be judged for design, artwork, composition, placement, proportion and originality.
Participating in a category costs 5,00 euro’s.

Do you wish to get a tattoo at the convention:
Make sure you first visit the website of the desired artist. Try to make an appointment
before the convention starts.
Do not use alcohol or drugs for at least 24 hours before you get tattooed and don’t
forget to eat and drink!

Piercing:
Renée Donners from www.staaleninkt.nl will be piercing at the expo.

Not Allowed:
It is not allowed to bring animals to the convention, to smoke inside and to eat and
drink at the tattoo stands (there is a separate place to eat and drink). This is because
of the GG&D healthcare guidelines for tattoo and piercing.
It is not allowed for visitors to sell/promote/offer ANY product/services at the convention.

Last but not least –
The organization is not responsible for appointments made between visitors and artists
or sold/bought products or any other provided service.
